In case you missed it, there’s a gigantic football game happening in Tampa Bay this weekend, and the entire country is watching us.

More than 7,000 vaccinated healthcare workers are already attending the Super Bowl, pro bono, thanks to NFL, and local philanthropist, Tampa Bay Lightning owner, developer and newspaper investor Jeff Vinik got in on the giving, too. Last night, he tapped his Vinik Sports Group to team up with Pepsi for a private Sparkman Wharf concert with country duo Locash (stylized “LOCASH”).

The show came after an afternoon of meal delivery to healthcare workers at  AdventHealth and Tampa General.—Ray Roa
