Early hip-hop innovator Grandmaster Flash headlined Largo’s Central Park Performing Arts Center last night, and he was joined by a Tampa Bay legend (DJ Sandman) as well as another New York turntable legend, the Cold Crush Brothers’ DJ Charlie Chase.
