It was the end of an era (about seven years actually) as alternative art space The Venture Compound officially had its last show on Fairfield Avenue in St. Petersburg’s Warehouse Arts District. As the city’s creative class gets bumped around by rising rent, it’ll be interesting to see where everyone ends up. Brian Mahar was there to bid the building adieu, and he has these photos to share.
