Most bands won’t get one call to open for the Rolling Stones, but Ghost Hounds got two. And this one gig is extremely significant.

“Opening up for The Stones at any time is an extreme honor, but due to the recent passing of Charlie Watts we feel as though it’s even more significant,” Hounds guitarist Johnny Baab told CL. “Every night that we open for them is an opportunity to pay tribute to the legend that he was by going out and playing the best show we can.”

The Pittsburgh band is supporting its sophomore LP, A Little Calamity, when it kicks off one of the summer’s most anticipated shows at 8 p.m.
