You probably won’t be able to snag tickets to the very-sold-out Orlando iteration of Vans Warped Tour. But keep breathing, because two of the bands on the lineup for the festival’s grand return are playing a warmup show in St. Pete a few days before.

Plain White T’s, which is no stranger to Tampa Bay, and Bradenton’s own We The Kings have had coinciding schedules numerous times of late, both having appeared on an emo tribute album to Disney music last year, and appearing at the next installment of Las Vegas’ When We Were Young Festival in October.

But this tour-closing stop on the newly-announced “Delilah vs Juliet” tour—which aims to be a nostalgic look back on the MySpace and Limewire days—is each band’s last gig before playing the emo shindig for the first time since 2019 and 2017, respectively (well, if you don’t count We The Kings’ scattered sets from a few months ago.)

Tickets to see Plain White T’s and We The Kings play St. Petersburg’s Jannus Live on Wednesday, Nov. 12 go on sale this Thursday and cost $42.31.
