Record Store Day was meant to celebrate local indie retailers and keep them open. On Saturday, vinyl enthusiasts will squeeze into record shops across the area and scoop up a ton of limited edition records, enjoy giveaways and take in performances from local bands.

Gino and the Goons — Bastard Greasy, fun-loving garage rock from a goofy Tampa squad of modern rock and roll heroes. It’s a 10-inch, which means it won’t fit in with most of your record collection, but that’s kind of the point, right?
