Roger Lanfranchi has been around the Tampa Bay music scene, exploring different genres, for a long time (there are still handwritten packages from his Ophelia days on our desk). Tonight he's going to date himself a little and drop some wisdom with an appearance on Sheepsxclothing.

UPDATE: The vlogcast is over, but you can relive it on YouTube.

The relatively new interactive vlogcast examines mostly metal-leaning bands (Implosive Disgorgence, Psyopus and Grave Gnosis have all been under the microscope) and tonight, the 30-year-old composer is going to delve into many topics including his days in old grindcore outfit Shed For You, which was around from 2001-2007.

"The people who will resonate with the podcast are those who've been familiar with the music coming out of the Bay for over a decade, especially the hardcore and heavier music scene from back in the early to mid 2000s," Lanfranchi told CL in a message.

Listen to the juxtaposition between wto of Lanfranchi's different projects (Ophelia, Shed For You) below. Tune in to Sheepsxclothing starting at 9 p.m. EST by clicking here, and call into the program by dialing (727) 369-6924.
