The Tampa Bay area’s big John Prine weekend happens later this month with the Hello In There Foundation’s tribute concerts and screenings of the documentary “How Lucky Can One Man Get” at Beach Theatre.

To kick it all off, however, two Bay area songwriters—Sam Farmer (pictured) and Roc Helton—play the late part-time-Gulfportian’s songs in the breezy downtown St. Pete courtyard outside The Ale & the Witch.
