Sam Smith's upcoming, 39-date North American tour includes two shows in New York City (Madison Square Garden, Barclays) and a pair at Los Angeles' Staples Center.
Also penciled in: three Florida stops — including a July 13 date at Tampa's Amalie Arena. It's the 25-year-old singer's first Bay area appearance since he sold out the same room in July 2015.
Ticket prices for the shows haven't been announced yet, but Smith's website says they go on sale Thursday, October 12 at 10 a.m local time. The Tampa stop also seems to be one of the dates where an advance online ticket sale will include one (1) physical copy of Smith's new LP, The Thrill Of It All, which is due via Capitol Records on November 3.
UPDATE: A press release says that an exclusive 24-hour ticket pre-sale for fans will begin on Wednesday, October 11, at 10:00 a.m.
Watch for Smith on Saturday Night Live this weekend and listen to a new single, the Timbaland collab "Pray," below.
