“We like drinking rum and stealing ships,” is how Scottish heavy metal band Alestorm describes itself, certainly living up to its self-acclaimed genre of “pirate metal.” The poster for its upcoming U.S. tour—in promotion of its 2022 LP Seventh Rum of a Seventh Rum—is totally America-d out, with a buff ass bald eagle wrestling a zombie pirate, which is definitely on brand for the European scalawags.

St. Pete’s Sunday night gig is Alestorm’s only Florida show on its nationwide run. Tickets to see Alestorm at Jannus Live in St. Petersburg on Sunday, May 7 are still available for $27.
