Slam poetry comes to the east end of Ybor City’s 7th Avenue strip when Watsky (a rapper you may have also seen portraying William Shakespeare on Epic Rap Battles of History) brings a show that also criss-crosses jazz, rock and pop to Orpheum.

The 32-year-old has been on the woke train as of late (“the Oscars won’t be relevant unless/until their voting body is actually representative of america,” was a Twitter missive that greeted us on Monday morning), so we expect the vitriol to be in full effect for this one in support of a 2019 release, Complaint.
