Seven-time Grammy winner Gladys Knight is making her semi-annual stop in Tampa Bay next year at the Hard Rock Event Center on Tuesday, February 21.

Tickets to see Gladys Knight at the Hard Rock Event Center in Tampa go on sale this Friday, and start at $105.

The 78-year-old Empress of Soul is one of this year’s Kennedy Center honorees, along with Tania León, Amy Grant, and U2. While the famed ceremony will take place in December—two months before she rolls into town—if Knight’s debut at the Hard Rock is half as lifting as her performance at Ruth Eckerd Hall earlier this year, it might as well go down as the best thing that ever happens at the Hard Rock in 2023.

And if you want to start the night with chicken and waffles, Ella’s Americana Folk Art Cafe—located on N Nebraska Ave., just off of Hillsborough Ave.—opens at 5 on Tuesdays.
