Life’s hard out there for a new music festival, and here’s to hoping that Vinoy Park is all dried up by the time Country Music On The Bay brings Wynonna and The Big Noise to headline the festival where Wynonna Judd’s nonconformist tendency to delve into country-pop, roots rock, blues, gospel, adult contemporary pop, folk, or Southern R&B will dance alongside dudes with a more traditional pop-country sound (American Idol Scotty McCreery, Garth Brooks and Jamey Johnson songwriter Jerrod Niemann, who round out the bill).
