If you’ve ever had the best of times with Styx on the stereo, then you probably have Dennis DeYoung to thank for that. The 72-year-old wrote most of the band’s big hits (“Babe,” “Mr. Roboto,” “Show Me the Way” and “Come Sail Away” among others), and he promises to play them at this Clearwater gig at Ruth Eckerd Hall where Night Ranger (“Sister Christian,” “When You Close Your Eyes”) opens the show.
