If you ever forget that youโ€™re legally an adult, Pool Kids may be your bag. Described in a press release as a โ€œlightning strike of powerhouse pop, expansive emo, and irresistible math rock,โ€ a common theme in the Tallahassee-based quartetโ€™s music is that adulthoodโ€”and life in generalโ€”is not as easy as we think itโ€™s going to be when weโ€™re young.

The bandโ€™s first album was shouted-out by Hayley Williams of Paramore in 2017, which led to opportunities like opening for Origami Angel andโ€”later this yearโ€”Soccer Mommy.

And if you bought this ticket when it went on sale, remember that the show moved venues and is now at New World.

Tickets to see Pool Kids, Sydney Sprague, and Chase Petra play the Music Hall at New World Brewery in Tampa on Saturday, July 22 are available and start $16.
