Tampa musician Joe Cosas does it all—produces, tours, arranges and lucky for us, performs live. Cosas’ biggest gig is as keyboardist and music director for Jon Anderson–lead singer of the prog-rock band Yes.
Cosas has also helped out plenty of locals like Shevonne Phillidor and J.T. Brown. Get a glimpse of the bluegrass, jazz, progressive and all-around genre-bending rock on the Berkley-trained musician’s solo album “Soundtrack to the Everyday Life.” Cosas—backed by his own band—brings his talent to the Safe and Sound crowd at Hooch and Hive Friday night with soothing soul singer Guianna opening. Capacity is limited so get a ticket soon if you want in.
