✔️  Curren$y Orpheum is a hip-hot hotbed this week (read: Lil’ Peep on Nov. 4), and this show featuring the return of Spitta Andretti (aka Curren$y) is frosting on the cake. The 36-year-old Crescent City rapper born Shante Scott Franklin is a patriarch of the new school of Southern hip-hop so expect fans to know every word when he drops into Ybor for this Sunday night treat. ✔️  Conga Caliente w/Oscar D'Leon/Andy Andy/Aylin y La Makina Timbera/Michael Pelayo and Don Pedro Rivera The best way to get some sabor into your Sunday comes in the form of a free Latin music festival at Al Lopez Park, where a Venezuelan don of salsa (Oscar D’León) is joined by former Dominican merenguero turned bachata star Angel Villalona (aka Andy Andy) for an afternoon that also includes a domino tournament. A pair of vaqueros (Don Pedro Rivera and Michael Pelayo) bring Mexican cowboy tunes to the show after Cuban party-starter Lazaro Rodriguez brings her band Aylin y La Makina Timbera to kickstart the afternoon. Tampa director Miles Cable and Jaden Smith link up again — here's how it happened

✔️  Fall Out Boy w/Jaden Smith/Blackbear It has been more than a decade since “Sugar, We’re Going Down” arrived as an inescapable pop-punk earworm, and Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz has grown up a little since then (and a lot since he let a pic of his dong leak online a year after that breakout single). If you don’t believe us, then listen to “Young and Menace” from a forthcoming LP before the band — supported by Celebrity Age rappers Jaden Smith and Blackbear — hits downtown Tampa. Read our interview with Wentz here. (Amalie Arena, Tampa) INFO

Sebastian Bach At press time, this solo show from former Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach is still on at State Theatre, but keep an eye out for our daily show preview on cltampa.com/music to see if the gig gets moved elsewhere as the venue continues working on renovations that address several fire code violations. (State Theatre, St. Petersburg) INFO

Paul Brock Band Are you a fan of the button accordion? How about melodeon? Pump the brakes on your Sunday night plans then, because Paul Brock (an award-winning Irishman whose 2007 album Humdinger took The Irish Times’ “Irish Album of the Year) is headlining a gig at the University of South Florida. Best of The Bay 2017 — Best Kinky Indie (The Other Ryan Willis, "Sorta")

✔️  The Jackettes w/The Other Ryan Willis/The Desert Fathers You know things are bound to get wavy when a band has a mandolin player who also handles synth (in this case it’s Layne Farmen, who also handles bass drums and trombone for St. Pete’s Desert Fathers), but we’re also looking to get a little crunchy with Ryan Willis at this record shop show where we hope the St. Pete songwriter plays “Sorta.” The cut is a highlight from Willis’ 2016 output, and its angular guitar lines, airy chords plus weirdly relaxing stop-and-start drums haven’t grown stale (and neither have kinky lyrics like “I wanna bite your wrist, and smell your sweat and squeeze your neck”). Another Bay area favorite — St. Pete soul-pop band The Jackettes — tops this monster of a local bill. (Microgroove, Tampa) INFO
