YoungBoy Never Broke Again This is not a financial planning session for young professionals. Kentrell DeSean Gaulden — better known as YoungBoy Never Broke Again, or NBA YoungBoy if you’re short on ink — was just in town for a November 2017 Ybor City show supporting 21 Savage, but the 19-year-old Baton Rouge rapper is back for a late-night headlining set at one of the suburbs’ hottest nightclubs. Gaulden, best known for his January single “Outside Today” — which has peaked at No. 31 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart — has spent the last month or so teasing new music, including the Big Pun homage “Temporary Time” and a video for “Dope Lamb.” The build-up should culminate in the release of a new mixtape, 38 Baby 2, that is the follow-up to NBA YoungBoy's debut studio album Until Death Call My Name. The guy is putting out tunes at a prolific rate, and we fully expect to see him back in the area (and at a larger venue) within the next year. (Whiskey North, Tampa) INFO
