Straz Center’s downtown Tampa Riverwalk stage has hosted folk, Americana, rock, hip-hop and world music for its “Live & Local” series, but it’s mixing things up this time with EDM pop-singer Durik.
The Tampa performer—who’s opened for big names like Fall Out Boy, and Weezer—also runs as a producer and DJ so expect more high-energy sounds at the free show. During the pandemic, Straz has been one of the leading examples of safety, and since the pandemic is still ongoing, nothing has changed.
“At this time, due to the rise in COVID-19 cases, in particular the Delta variant, masks are required indoors for vaccinated and unvaccinated guests and staff.” Though the show is outside, you might want to keep your mask handy. Read all of the protocols via strazcenter.org.
