The slow march of time can be painful especially when you’re moving through life without one of your best friends. Pals of Owen Meats, who died in 2022, continue to honor the Tampa producer’s memory and musicality with this annual afternoon tribute show in the Shuffle backyard featuring Meats’ collaborators, bandmates and admirers.
