After almost a year-and-a-half of playing to Tampa Bay audiences, self-described “heavy doomgaze” outfit Knife Rituals plans to release a long-awaited, psychedelic EP, Static, Dead Air, & Noise.

The release show happening this weekend also happens to be the last show for guitarist/vocalist Anne Mansfield (pictured above, playing with a previous band, Nervous Girls).

Needless to say, the band won’t be performing for a while after this outing, just so the remaining members can figure out where to go from here.

Tickets to see Knife Rituals play Crowbar in Ybor City on Saturday, Sept. 23 are still available for $15.
