Brooklyn-based brothers Cory and Tim Race are in Miami this week where their post-punk band Big Bliss plays Bumblefest, and they’re bringing a nice slice of the festival to Tampa Bay in the form of a headlining show alongside another Brooklyn band signed to Tampa’s own Cigar City Management (that’d be zany Warped Tour alumn The Fantastic Plastics whose 2019 single “Perfect Strangers” is a bonafide futurewave joyride). Tampa quartet Glaze brings its super-stoned ‘60s psych-rock to open the show along with PM Tiger.
Big Bliss w/The Fantastic Plastics/PM Tiger/Glaze. Sun. Sept. 15, 6 p.m. $5-$10. Hooch and Hive, Tampa. aestheticized.com.
