Rick’s On The River always has live music, but the West Tampa neighborhood bar never makes it into our Music Week previews where we mostly focus on artists performing their own songs.
Here’s a reminder that the exclusion of working musicians playing covers doesn’t mean they don’t also work hard. Throw a couple of beers back, and slurp down a dozen oysters, when the riverfront watering hole celebrates a quarter-century on the block.
