Gainesville’s activist-minded Changeville is sending a few of its headliners this way (Japanese Breakfast, who is at Orpheum on Saturday, also played the music and arts festival; Big Freedia plays Ybor on Sunday). This show finds wicked smart Indiana songwriter Ted Leo headlining Crowbar in support of a 2017 solo album, The Hanged Man. Leo, 48, could pull from pretty much any of his many bands (the Pharmacists, Hell No, Puzzlehead and more) in creating the setlist, but maybe the the sound guy will also play episodes of Leo’s brand-new podcast The Art of Process, which he hosts alongside his bandmate from The Both, Aimee Mann in between sets from local openers Blacksmith and Empire Cinema.
