Wife and husband Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks lead the Grammy-award winning Tedeschi Trucks Band for this stop in Clearwater on Tuesday.

The band isn’t a duo though, 12-musicians with plenty of horns give the Jacksonville group its jammy-Americana-blues sound. Lead vocals are handled by Tedeschi—who could fool a novice into thinking she’s Bonnie Raitt—while Trucks works the guitar. This show will definitely feel better than the band’s last Tampa Bay appearance, a July 2019 show outside at Al Lang Stadium just months after the death of band member Kofi Burbridge.

Like every other show this week, the Ruth Eckerd Hall doesn’t require masks unless you are not vaccinated. Best not to fib about this, Santa starts watching early these days.

Tedeschi Trucks Band. Tuesday, Nov. 16, 7:30 p.m. $53.25-$127.75. Ruth Eckerd Hall, Clearwater. rutheckerdhall.com
