St. Petersburg's Sunshine Music Festival is not coming back to Tampa Bay, but its perennial headliners — Tedeschi-Trucks Band — are.

The band just announced a June 30 concert at St. Petersburg's Al Lang Field, and Americana fans will be happy to know that Blackberry Smoke and Shovels & Rope are slated to open the show.

The date is happening as part of the blues outfit's five-week, 24-date "Wheels of Soul" tour which kicks off on June 29 in Jacksonville.

Tedeschi-Trucks Band normally plays Vinoy Park's Sunshine Music Festival, but that party announced a hiatus in September. The public can start buying tickets on Wednesday, December 19 at 10 a.m., but a venue presale is available on Tuesday, December 18 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (the password, available only on ticketmaster.com, is "EARLY"). Tickets will cost $44.50-$149.
