If you own a television, youโ€™re probably familiar with John Williamsโ€™ compositions. Just when it seems like heโ€™s hanging it up after spending seven decades compiling a resume that includes doing music for the Olympics, as well as the iconic scores to a good chunk of the action-adventure films that made our parentsโ€™ childhoods even more exciting, Williams (who just turned 93 on Feb. 8) continues to prove that age is just a number.

While his current work hasnโ€™t been film-related since 2023โ€™s โ€œIndiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny,โ€ he still packs out the Hollywood Bowl to conduct the Los Angeles Philharmonic through his iconic pieces every year.

Williams is a special guest at his very own celebratory gala in Miami next weekend, but unless you have a few grand to blow, this weekend’s Florida Orchestra shows featuring the music of “E.T.,” “Jaws,” “Jurassic Park” and more might be the closest youโ€™ll ever get to seeing the legend live.

Tickets to see The Florida Orchestra play the music of John Williams in Tampa (Friday, Feb. 14) and St. Petersburg (Saturday, Feb. 15) are still available and start at $35.
