Crosby, Stills, and Nash won’t even talk to each other, The Everly Brothers are dead, and not only is Paul Simon retired, but he hates Art Garfunkel. Yes, there are young artists touring under the monikers of, say, The Drifters or The Temptations, but will anything else new or innovative ever release from names popular 60-plus years ago?
Probably not. Enter Girl Named Tom.
The trio of siblings is the first of its quantity to win “The Voice,” just a few months ago. They lost their father a few weeks back, but the siblings still plan to carry on with their first full-scale tour, which kicks off this Friday in downtown Clearwater.
Bring some tissues, too, just in case the group performs “Helplessly Hoping.” Right in the feels, man.
