Ol' Dirty Sundays w/ Rock Steady Crew's DJ P/DJ Casper/DJ Fader Kid Rock's Chillin' the Most Cruise has finally returned to Tampa (sorry, Kid Rock came back with it), and part of it lands at Ol' Dirty Sundays tonight as the Rhinestone Cowboy (Rock Steady Crew's DJ P) steps up to the wheels of steel. The Missouri turntablist born Daniel James Philips a Master of the Mix winner and largely recognized as a pioneer of the mashup movement and has toured with giants like DJ Premier and Jazzy Jeff. Daya and Matt Nathanson Pennsylvania pop star Daya didn’t have a Grammy when she played Jingle Ball in December, but the 18 year old best known for hits like “Sit Still, Look Pretty” and “Hide Away” does now thanks to her smash hit with the Chainsmokers (“Don’t Let Me Down,” Best Dance Recording). Those guys come to Amalie next week, but expect Daya to give the song a spin when she plays Busch Gardens’ summer concert series alongside 44 year old songwriter Matt Nathanson whose radio ready pop masks a lethal sense of humor and entertaining stage show.
