Mike Stud with Moosh & Twist, Futuristic An aspiring professional baseball player at Duke who turned to music while recovering from an injury that laid him up for an entire season, Mike Stud (real name Mike Seander) ultimately laid his athletic career to rest, and since 2001, has focused on singing (he has a silky falsetto-reaching tone) and rhyme-slinging (his flow is relaxed and breezy) in material spanning five mixtapes, an eight-track mini-album, and four LPs including These Days, the one he dropped a few weeks back and that brings him to the area.
