Warped Tour alum Boston Manor released one of its newer songs at a really strange time, and things could get a little weird when the band plays Orpheum in Ybor City on Thursday.

“Everything Is Ordinary,” the lead single off of the U.K. group’s latest album Glue was released in February 2020. That was a time when you could still tell yourself that everything seemed normal.

One pandemic later, with a new, more appropriately-titled LP (Desperate Times Desperate Pleasures) under its belt, and one new EP–more properly titled –later, Boston Manor is back Tampa Bay for the first time since a 2017 show at Transitions Art Gallery.

Joining the group are fellow British pop-punk groups Trash Boat and Higher Power, as well as Anxious, which was just at the same venue last month, opening for Knuckle Puck and Hot Mulligan.
