Clearwater songwriter and vocalist Khalea Lynee, who showed the world what she’s got on season 19 of “The Voice,” is opening for Bad Boy Entertainment vet Carl Thomas.

Lynee made it through the blind audition portion of the reality show, getting picked by coach John Legend. Though Lynee didn’t make it past the battle rounds, she’s still out here—most recently showing off her skills with the February single “This Love.” Thomas, best known for his 1999 single “I Wish” headlines the Sunday show with The Beat Down Band also on the bill.

Carl Thomas w/Khalea Lynee/The Beatdown Band. Sunday, March 21, 4 p.m. $30 and up. SD Banquet Hall, Tampa. Tickets on Eventbrite
