What was once referred to as The Food & Wine Festival at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is now called the Food, Wine and Garden Festival. But don’t worry, booze and food is still at the forefront of this popular annual event, which runs from March 6-May 9.

According to the park, this year’s festival will now prominently showcase new animal-inspired “garden elements” and plant sculptures. Of course, the Food, Wine and Garden Festival will also feature 65 new food options to pair with various wines, craft beers and cocktails.

“Guests can savor all-new dishes like the Red Wine-Braised Short Rib and Herb-Crusted Lamb Steak,” says the park in a press release. “Additional offerings include the fan-favorite Cajun Lobster Roll and the Smoked Chicken & White Cheddar Mac & Cheese. Visitors will indulge in sweet treats, including Mini Bananas Foster Crepes and a Mixed Berry Tart.”

All food and drink items can be purchased individually, but if you want to really explore a more economical route would be to grab a “Sampler Lanyard,” which start at $65 and can be purchased online or in-park at festival cabins.

This year’s live music offerings will happen every Saturday and are free with general admission. The 2026 concert lineup features something for everyone, like Taking Back Sunday, Warren G, Bow Wow & Ying Yang Twins and more. VIP seating upgrades are also available
