Holy shit. Now Wilco are getting in on the onslaught of new music hitting the web today. After new stuff from the Bon Iver karaoke files and a Beyoncé performance we can't stop thinking about, Jeff Tweedy & co. have dropped another cut from their forthcoming LP, Schmilco, due next Friday via dBpm Records.
"Someone to Lose" is a chill effort and the perfect summer playlist song. Its predictable Wilco-y vibe does not make it any less pleasing to play over and over again, which we've now done ten times over.
Listen to it below. Hear the last two peeks of Schmilco here and here. Pre-order it on the internet or buy it at your local record store when it comes out.
