In a week of Halloween shows, there might not be a gig more fun than Fangsgiving. Yes, it’s a tribute show, but more than that, the concert is a chance to dress up with friends and revel in the talent of Tampa Bay’s best musicians.

In its sixth year, Fangsgiving features two nights of bands like Noan Partly taking on Ani DiFranco, a string ensemble doing System of a Down, Low Season doing Lagwagon, and more (Cake, Alanis Morissette, The Pretenders will all get tribute sets). Topping it off are one-off bands Allison Fangs, Pearl Jambroni, and Gypsy Fang doing Alice In Chains, Pearl Jam and Fleetwood Mac, too.

Proceeds go to the Instruments 4 Life nonprofit, plus Recycled Tunes, which both work to put musical instruments in the hands of kids.

Tickets to see Fangsgiving with Noan Partly, Low Season, Allison Fangs, Pearl Jambroni, and more at Ybor City’s Crowbar on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 27-28 are still available and start at $15.
