Believe it or not, there are some liberal activist organizers who say they want to thank Rick Scott.
That's because they say that the controversial new GOP Governor has been the greatest catalyst in bringing together the disparate elements of the progressive community as one – in opposition to his policies, and those of the very conservative Florida Legislature.
The latest event that will bring members of those groups together takes place this Saturday, June 4, in Orlando, in what is being billed as all-day “Festival for Florida’s Future."
