Fresh off the unveiling of Mayor Bob Buckhorn's proposed ordinance for a Clean Zone for protesters during the Republican National Convention, the ACLU will conduct a "First Amendment Forum" Tuesday night at Stetson University College of Law.
A panel discussion will take place on what the 1st Amendment allows protesters and journalists during the RNC.
Dingfelder will also get the opportunity to express the ACLU's concerns about the new rules , such as changing city code on window signs and banners, which Dingfelder says is intended to chill free speech.
