Hernando County Animal Services has joined forces with Hillsborough, Pasco, Polk and Citrus counties to promote the adoption of over 700 pets.
Sponsorships by the Best Friends Animal Society and Pet Resources Foundation Inc. have made it possible to waive all adoption fees.
On your lunch break, go scoop up a spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped furry lifetime friend.
The event is going on all weekend long so locals can find their match:
Today, May 17 from 12 p.m.-6 p.m.
Tomorrow, May 18 from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
Sunday, May 19 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Each animal is ready to go home today. Get them out of cages and onto your couch.
