OK, I have an excuse. I spent the morning as a panelist at the League of Women Voters candidate forums for the Tampa City Council runoffs on March 27. So now, as Paul Harvey would says, here's the news:
- Ya think Tampa (16 percent) and Pinellas County (20 percent) had low turnouts in their spring elections? Try Broward County, where only 1 in 10 voters gave a shit in a handful of small municipal elections.
- The mayor's Riverwalk or a neighborhood sidewalk? Guess which won?
- Parsing presidential polls.
