It's been one win after another for marriage equality this month.
Shortly after we posted yesterday about a second federal judge in two weeks declaring DOMA unconstitutional, the Maryland State Senate passed a gay marriage bill. The House had already passed the legislation, and Gov. Martin O'Malley, who has long been a supporter of marriage equality, plans to sign it into law next week.
