Anubha Momin was raised in Toronto, Canada, where she received an Honours Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Toronto. Anubha began writing for Creative Loafing while attending the Youth Encounter on Sustainability 2009 in Braunwald, Switzerland, a course that heightened both her awareness of and response to the challenges facing the green movement. She is currently completing a Masters in Public Health at King's College in London, England, and her academic interests include women's health, sexuality, and media.
