If you haven't yet climbed the hilly brick roads and gawked at the colorfully restored bungalows of Roser Park, this weekend's Roser Park Art Festival is the perfect time to stroll the streets of the historic neighborhood. Painters, photographers, sculptors and craftspeople of all sorts set up along the scenic banks of Booker Creek and hawk their wares to passersby. In addition, there's live music by the Al Downing Tampa Bay Jazz Association and the Shiny Shoes Band, old-fashioned refreshments and a silent auction with works by Zen Glass Studios and Bradenton artist Arthur Dillard, among others. A portion of festival proceeds supports the preservation and improvement of the neighborhood, and ASAP Homeless Services of St. Petersburg. Don't forget well-soled shoes — those streets are steep! Nov. 11-12, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sat., 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sun., Roser Park Drive (10th Avenue S.), St. Petersburg, free, 727-822-7582, www.roserpark.net.
