Who's the guy with the shaved head and goatee rocking out on a little air guitar behind the bar? Adam Lambert, drink slinger at swank South Tampa pool hall The Rack, is as cool and genial as an extrovert gets. In any given half hour he may console a hetero guy who's been proclaimed gay by some tart, welcome dozens of odd folks by shouting names and terms of endearment above the din, demand a jukebox selection because he won't stand for a quiet bar, and expertly mix, pull, pour and uncap a steady supply of alcohol.
