Bacon has long inspired chefs, but it’s a relative newcomer to dessert — at least on a regular basis. Ella’s chocolate bacon dessert dips crisp slices in dark chocolate and then sprinkles them with peanuts; a white chocolate version uses pancetta and slivered almonds. We enjoyed our first encounter with chocolate bacon immensely and we’re betting you will, too.
