You don’t find many Cajun restaurants where craft beer is a star attraction, but not many are owned by a beer geek like Paul Unwin. Cajun Cafe on the Bayou features a wide array of craft beers — with lots of Florida breweries on tap — and is home to three annual beer festivals, one devoted to the increasingly popular but decidedly geeky sour beers. He also travels near and far seeking out new tastes.
