For a little late-night élan, try this classic French restaurant, located in a historic mansion in downtown St. Pete. It’s dark, candlelit, cool, quiet and serves delightful crêpes suzette, one of the world’s greatest desserts. Owner Antoine Louro prepares the thin little pancakes right at your table in a chafing dish; they’re tender, soft and lolling in a heated, orange-y, buttery sauce made with cognac and Grand Marnier. Wash it down with a hot cup of coffee or espresso, and you’re good to go to the movies, walk the parks or dance in the clubs.
