Now that downtown St. Pete has suddenly become chic, we actually want to go there. Go to Moon Under Water, order a Guinness and sit outside, watching the moon rise over the bay or sample a superior curry, which the restaurant stocks in abundance. Or toss down a toddy or two and pretend we're still part of the British Empire.
