Four Seasons Florals
A good florist should have three qualities: an eye for design, a quality flower supplier, and an attentive ear. What is simple and tasteful to you is boring and mundane to the next person, and what is pretty and festive to that person is garish to you. Don´t let things get lost in the translation; talk to your florist. Tell him/her that when you want an elegant corsage, you don´t mean a cluster of half a dozen carnations and an armload of baby´s breath, you mean a few dainty white dendrobium orchids with a sprig or two of purple statice. One ¨flower stylist¨ who is a particularly good listener is Linda at Four Seasons Florals in Clearwater. Not only has she made us arrangements ranging in style from high French elegance to Tuscan country, she´s quick to point out when our visionary blooms defy feasibility, provide alternative vegetation when the flower we want is unavailable, and always translate our vague descriptors into a gorgeous, sweet-smelling reality.
