Yes, it’s a super unhealthy twist on a superfood, but it’s toe-curlingly delicious. Dunedin’s newish Draught Haus — which has broken the jinx of its weirdly diagonal location across from Mease Hospital — serves up some great cuisine disguised as bar food, including these breaded, crescent-shaped fries, which are beautifully prepared and not at all greasy or hard to eat. If you’re sharing though, order two. Trust us on this.
