No one ever doubted Mayor Buckhorn’s ethnicity, but if there was just a wee bit of skepticism about his complete commitment to All Things Irish, the Greening of the Hillsborough River would settle the question empathically. His satisfied grin looking out at the emerald waters of the river was enough to make to you dance a jig.
